There are certain times when home health and hospice patients or their families need help with covering expenses related to care of a loved one. The Kindred Foundation provides grants to help home health and hospice patients’ families in need. It is a 501(c)(3) non-profit foundation that accepts donations from family members, friends, company employees, and others who wish to support its mission. The foundation manages and disburses the charitable funds to enable those less fortunate to access compassionate, quality care.
The Foundation helps to cover healthcare-related costs for those who have exhausted personal and family resources and do not qualify for government assistance. Some examples may include the following:
One hundred percent of gifts or donations to the Foundation support, comfort and care for those in need. No administrative fees are diverted from contributions.
We are proud to provide a way to extend financial assistance to home health and hospice patients and their families. The Foundation helps to cover healthcare-related costs for those who have exhausted personal and family resources and do not qualify for government assistance.
All contributions are tax deductible according to the IRS regulations.
