Home Health Care

Why Choose IntegraCare/NursCare Home Health Services?

High-Quality, Compassionate, Accessible Home Health and Hospice CareWith our rural locations having access to resources typically only available in a large metropolitan city, the benefits of receiving IntegraCare home health care go far beyond comfort and convenience. We maintain a low nurse-to-patient ratio so the patient is guaranteed the warmth of a one-on-one relationship with their caregiver. This allows the family, patient and caregiver to develop a level of trust and security that leads to successful treatment. Our many rural locations throughout Texas are locally staffed and equipped with state-of-the-art, point-of-care laptop computers for easy communication and better organization. Our technological investment allows our nurses to spend more time focused on their patients and their needs as opposed to completing lengthy paperwork.

Tomyra Simmons, Regional Director of Nurses, appreciates that every IntegraCare employee's secured laptop contains a complete record of all the current documentation from each of the caregivers treating a particular patient. "Having a patient's entire record on a laptop is invaluable," she says. "Our nurses can instantly access updated social worker assessments and therapists notes on their patients. Most importantly, the patient’s sometimes ever-chaning medication profile is kept current and up-to-date."
