IntegraCare leads the rest in providing home health and hospice care staffed with local professionals. We provide warm, compassionate, competent care in the best of environments, whether that environment is in the patient's own home, the home of a loved one, or a residential facility.

Our breadth of services allows us to assemble a team of professionals designed for your specific situation. The IntegraCare staff includes Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Medical Social Workers, and Speech, Physical and Occupational Therapists.

In most cases, Medicare will pay for the full cost of services as long as the patient meets all of the qualifications under Medicare guidelines.
