Community-based Alternatives

IntegraCare's CBA Program offers community-based medical services to people age 21 and older who qualify for nursing facility care. CBA provides a cost-effective alternative with expert care in the security and comfort of the patient's own surroundings.

IntegraCare/NursCare is a network of home health and hospice agencies with 29 locations throughout the state of Texas. Our locations are primarily situated in smaller, rural communities where we have been successful in operating with a hometown, personal touch while capitalizing on the resources available to a larger organization.

Over the past several years, we have either opened or purchased 10 new agencies and are committed to continue to pursue opportunities in communities that fit our targeted profile. We currently operate 20 IntegraCare Home Health locations in Bedford, Dallas, Granbury, Cleburne, Weatherford, Mineral Wells, Albany, Breckenridge, Brownwood, Cisco, Graham, Jacksboro, Bridgeport, Decatur, Olney, Bowie, Gainesville, Waxahachie, Whitney and Seymour, and three IntegraCare Hospice locations in Bedford, Mineral Wells, and Decatur. We have NursCare Home Health locations in Lubbock, Muleshoe, Tahoka, Slaton, Snyder and Colorado City, and two NursCare Hospice locations in Lubbock and Snyder.
